Only FDNY personnel can order personalized shields and therefore we can only process shield orders after receiving proof of identity by way of photo or scan of a shield or ID card. 

Until this we receive proof of identity, a personalized product order will remain On-Hold.   We will allow you to place this order without it, but we must obtain a copy before crafting the piece.
