your purchase and use of our products and services. We know that your selection

Only generic, “stock items” are eligible for return or exchange within 7
days.
Generic items are eligible for a refund if returned in saleable condition
within 7 days after delivery date, accompanied by the original sales
invoice, with all original packaging and collateral material. Upon receiving
your return, the item and collateral material will be reviewed by our Quality
Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those
that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for a
refund and will be returned to the customer. We will credit your original method of payment
excluding shipping charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return. Please
contact us at: 516-662-2505 for a Return Authorization number and return
address that is required for your proper and speedy return.
Returns are NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstances on any CUSTOMIZED items. To be more specific, any items ordered with
numbers, initials, specially ordered names or custom made items, sized or
engraved items may not be returned for refund or credit under any circumstances.
